The Client online services site gives you the choice of how and when you want to interact with Santam. This gives you as much control as you want over your policy, in addition to having a broker to guide you.

When you log into Santam's Client online services you will be able to do the following:

• View your contact details.
• Update and amend your policy.
• Register and track claims, as well as access claim forms and preferred suppliers.
• Manage your documentation. Any schedules or other documentation sent to you can be downloaded, as can policy wordings and forms, and policy summaries.
